Who we are
DroneGo.io is a browser-based planning tool for DJI-compatible mission workflows on supported DJI drones. If you need privacy or account help, contact [email protected].
What we collect
We may collect your email address, login details, account access level, subscription state, and export-usage records when you register or use account features. Planner data can also be stored locally in your browser when you save missions.
What stays in your browser
DroneGo.io stores planner projects in your own browser for convenience. That browser-local mission data is separate from your account login and remains tied to that browser unless you export it as a portable project file and move it yourself.
Cookies and sessions
We use cookies or similar session mechanisms to keep you signed in, recognize your access level, and control export/download access. These are used for account and security purposes rather than advertising.
Billing provider
Paid subscriptions are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. If you subscribe, payment details are handled through Lemon Squeezy rather than stored directly by DroneGo.io.
How we use data
We use account data to provide sign-in, access control, exports, support, and subscription handling. We use usage records to apply tier limits and to help diagnose product issues.
