Help with DroneGo.io accounts, billing and mission planning.

For now, support is handled by email while the product settles into production. Include enough detail for the issue to be reproduced without sending private flight logs unless requested.

What to include

Tell us the page you were using, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, your browser, and whether you were signed in. For mission export issues, include the selected drone and the broad shape of the route.

Billing questions

DroneGo.io uses Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record for paid subscriptions. Cancellation, renewal and receipt handling should be managed through Lemon Squeezy once live payments are approved.

Do not send unsafe data

Please do not send private client addresses, sensitive site coordinates, access credentials or flight logs unless specifically requested. DroneGo.io is a planning aid, not a safety authority.
